Social Influence

"Social influence is used everywhere and there are different forms of social influence. Identification is a form of Social Influence. When someone that is well liked promotes a product to help boost sales. People all over the world identifies with Michael Jordan as a basketball hero.  You see this used in commercials all the time. Michael Jordan is always in those Hanes commercials this is a perfect example. Since he is loved and adored by so many, naturally people are going to buy this product simply because he is promoting it."
