Title- Customer Service Representative

I ran the camera station since 2006. I took photos of all the customers for Drivers Licenses, permits and identification cards. I have experience with a camera to go along with my communication skills.

I get along great with people. I love sports and believe I will achieve at anything I do. When on a job you need to have knowledge of what you are doing and nobody has more knowledge about sports than I do. I am computer literate and am a great writer and talker. The company that gives me a chance will be getting a champ in the sports field.

International Basketball

"Basketball has become a global phenomenon. According to Jane Boxall (2010) basketball was being played in many foreign countries by the year 1930. The sport of basketball was finally recognized by the International Olympic committee that same year. Jane Boxall (2010) “FIBA was formed a few years later; it is an International Basketball Federation. FIBA stands for its original French name -- Fédération Internationale de Basketball Amateur. When FIBA was first formed there were eight original countries and they included Czechoslovakia, Greece, Argentina, Italy, Romania, Latvia, Portugal and Switzerland.” Jane Boxall (2010) “In the year 1989 FIBA put the national members of the federation into five distinct zones, they were America, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Europe. In December of 2010 there were 213 national federations in the organization.”

Social Influence

"Social influence is used everywhere and there are different forms of social influence. Identification is a form of Social Influence. When someone that is well liked promotes a product to help boost sales. People all over the world identifies with Michael Jordan as a basketball hero.  You see this used in commercials all the time. Michael Jordan is always in those Hanes commercials this is a perfect example. Since he is loved and adored by so many, naturally people are going to buy this product simply because he is promoting it."

Intercultural Competition

In the Olympics countries from all over the world compete for the chance to be number one in different sports. My favorite sport to watch at the Olympics is basketball because it is a team sport.

Persuasion

    














   

            When a General Manager talks with an agent and player it's the General Manager's job to try to persuade not only the agent ,but the player as well to come play for your team. Not only with a good offer, but the city, the weather, all the things the city has to offer and let the player know that the team will not only contend, but the team will be built around the player you are trying to persuade.

Employment Interview

An employment interview is a way to hire the right person for the job. When hiring a head coach you need to make sure that the person hired has all the correct credentials you are looking for. Ask all the right questions is very important and looking for the correct answers is essential.

Career Research Interview

In interviewing for a high profile sports position you need to find out what the team is looking for and what duties they will want you to be performing while in the position.  You also want to get an idea of what the people interviewing you think about. You also can ask  open ended questions that ask for specific facts about the position that will allow the interviewers to be specific in their answers.
